1、 How to sign for goods upon arrival

1、Please inspect the goods on the spot and check if the package is in good condition when you receive the goods. If you find that the package is damaged, please write "damaged package" in the express receipt bar.

2、as the express delivery company does not support unpacking and inspection before signing, whether the package is damaged or not, please ask the delivery person to check the package together after signing. If you find that the goods are damaged, the quantity does not match, the wrong issue, the invoice amount is not in accordance with the order and other circumstances, please take photos and deposit certificate, in the signature column write the unusual reasons, so that the postman will send the package to Huawei Mall; After that, please submit a refund application on the "my order" page as soon as possible. We will exchange or refund the goods for you, and the postage will be borne by Huawei Mall.

3、If you do not operate according to the above description , after the courier leaves , Huawei Mall has the right not to accept the return or exchange for reasons of logistics damage , leakage and wrong delivery .

4、In case I cannot sign in person, please entrust others to sign and strictly follow the first and second items. The client's signature is deemed to be signed by the consignee himself.
